- This is a Sources Sought notification. In no way should it be construed to be an announcement of a solicitation or a solicitation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek from industry possible sources to a requirement for the Army. The Presidio of Monterey, Monterey, CA, has a requirement for displaying information on the LCD display screen in the baggage claim area of Monterey Regional Airport, 200 Fred Kane Dr #200, Monterey, CA 93940. Applicable NAISC is 541890, size standard is $15.0 Million. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract now or in the future. Vendors shall submit the following in writing not later than the closing date and time of this notice: Capability statement for their company Interested parties should send a brief description of their ability to meet the above requirement. Interested parties are further invited to comment on Sources Sought notification to identify any possible obstacles to successfully completing the requirements in this matter. Respond to this Sources Sought Notification ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS VOLUNTARY AND THE GOVERNMENT NEITHER WILL PAY FOR INFORMATION REQUESTED NOR COMPENSATE FOR ANY COST INCURRED IN RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE The response date for this sources sought notification is 25 August 2014, 3:00 P.M., PACIFIC TIME. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests will be accepted. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
