- This requirement is for a Micro Liquid Chromatograph. The minimum essential characteristics are: Minimum Essential Characteristics - Micro Liquid Chromatograph 1.Flow rate range must be from 5-200 L/min 2.Gradient delay volume must be less than 1-3 L 3.Sample Cooling range must be 4 - 40 oC 4.Flow rate precision must be less than 0.5% RSD @ 150 mL/min. 5.Injection volume must range from 15 nL - 10 L without changing the loop. 6.Flow rate accuracy must be less than 1.0% 7.Cycle time must be less than 60 secs. 8.Injection volume precision must be less than 1% RSD (full loop) and less than 2% RSD (partial loop)
