- NOTICE: Sources Sought SOLICITATION #: N/A POSTING DATE: 20 August 2014 RESPONSE DATE: 22 August 2014 12:00 p.m. CST NAICS Code: 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance SB Size Standard: $20.5 M This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 811219. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $20.5 M. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project were it to be solicited, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities. Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential Small Business sources to provide Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring system maintenance/repair services. The potential requirement will consist of the contractor providing: CLIN 0001: Maintenance of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring system (ALCMS), model number 96A0270, to include all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and perform all operations to necessary for troubleshooting and repairing the ALCMS. CLIN 0002: Reimbursable Parts and Shipping CLIN 0003: Reimbursable Travel A qualified contractor should be able to repair the indicated system IAW OEM specifications and be registered in SAM under the NAICS code 811219. All work shall be performed at the airfield (Bldg. 90730) on Hurlburt Field, FL. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal. Deadline for submission is 12:00 p.m. CST, 22 August 2014. Required Information: Any qualified and interested party who can offer all of the above should submit the attached Questionnaire/Market Survey and or a written reply of not more than 3 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their company is capable of ALL of the minimum requirements listed above. Each submitted reply must have the contractor's CAGE, DUNS, and the location of their facility.
