- The Government intends to award a competitive commercial fixed price type contract for data subscription for dark web content. Contract award is intended to be made by 30 September 2014. Award will be made on best value. The resulting contract will be for a base year and two one year option periods. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519190. Interested vendors shall email the Contract Specialist and request a copy of the solicitation. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. All questions shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to Morgan.Schickler@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN AUGUST 20, 2014 at 5:00 PM EST.
