Description

No telephone inquires. All questions will be asked/answered via email. A solicitation is to be released for the repair/maintenance of B1234 & B1235 to include structural repairs, flooring replacement, ceiling tile replacement, insulation installation, mechanical repairs, and concrete sidewalk replacement as required. Repair/maintenance of B1236 to include structural repairs, lighting replacement, electrical breaker panel replacement, construction of a double 6 CY dumpster enclosure, and suspended ceiling replacement. Project location: Buildings 1234, 1235 & 1236, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. Magnitude of Construction - Between $100,000 and $250,000 Estimated construction times: Ninety (90) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed Closing date for Bids: 19 September 2014 at 11:00 AM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is to be set-aside for Small Businesses. All inquires shall be via email only. No inquires via telephone.
