Description
The Veterans Health Administration in Fargo North Dakota has a requirement for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Professionals to consult bi-weekly on Mondays from 3:00P to 5:00P at the Minot and Bismarck Vet Center. Consulting services will provide discussion and recommendations concerning the presented clinical cases of the Veteran population, actively seeking services at the Vet Center. Specific work with Veterans who have a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Drug and Alcohol dependence, Violent or Suicidal behavior, Panic and Anxiety Disorders, and Military Sexual Trauma. The length of the contract is anticipated to be a base plus 4 one year options. The solicitation documents will be available on or about August 20, 2014 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies. All questions pertaining to the anticipated solicitation shall be in writing only and submitted to: Keith.Rose3@va.gov. Questions shall contain a point of contact, a telephone number, and an email address. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
