- Past Performance Questionnaire Statement of Work Request for Proposal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for a firm-fixed price contract for a Agile Training Courses, specifically for Leading SAFe: Leading the Lean|Agile Enterprise with the Scaled Agile Framework ("Leading SAFe”)+ and Organizational Orientation to Agile. This requirement is being competed solely through the Government Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov). All vendors interested in submitting a proposal for consideration should do so prior to the solicitation closing date in the form of an email to the point of contact(s) listed in the atatched RFP document. All submissions should be in accordance with the stipulations set forth in the attached RFP document.
