- OSC Investment Plan OSC Strategic Plan PELSS Statement of Work The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this combined Sources Sought-Request for Information (RFI) to increase industry's understanding of TSA's requirement for Professional Engineering and Logistics Support Services (PELSS) in support of the Office of Security Capabilities (OSC). Through this RFI, TSA seeks to improve its understanding of market capabilities, identify qualified vendors that are capable of providing PELSS to OSC, and to accept ideas on how to efficiently and effectively procure these services that meet TSA requirements. The information obtained through this RFI may be used in the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The following attachments are included in addition to this RFI to assist industry in formulating white paper responses: 1) PELSS Statement of Work (as awarded 04-2010) 2) Additional PELSS Support (work that may be added to the forthcoming SOW) 3) OSC Strategic Plan 4) OSC Investment Plan Responses are due by 9:00AM Eastern on September 3, 2014.
