- Performance Work Statement SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Sources Sought Number: HSCG38-14-SS-500006 Response Date: September 22, 2014 4:00 p.m. EST Classification Code: R - Professional, Administrative, and Management Support Services NAICS Code: 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services Title: Configuration and Maintenance Management System This is a request for information/market research to provide data for planning purposes and to gain knowledge of available services that may be of interest to the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This sources sought synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The USCG, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability to provide services for the operation and maintenance of its Configuration and Maintenance Management System currently referred to as Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS). The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the future acquisition is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services. The size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is $27.5 million. Additionally, the government is providing the attached draft PWS titled Configuration and Maintenance Management System Draft Performance Work Statement for industry review and comments. Comments regarding the PWS should be sent with the interested parties sources sought response. Comments are welcome, but the government will not be responding to comments and questions at this time. SOURCES SOUGHT RESPONSES: Responses to this notice should include Company Name, Address, Telephone Number, Point of Contact (POC), and Cage Code. Firms responding to this announcement that fail to provide all of the required information cannot be used to help the Government make the appropriate acquisition decisions which is the intent of this sources sought notice. This notice is to assist the USCG in determining potential sources only. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. AGAIN, THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND IN NO WAY OBLIGATES THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD ANY CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PHONE CALLS PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSE VIA EMAIL. COMMENTS ARE WELCOME BUT THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT BE PROVIDING RESPONSES TO ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.
