- Redacted version of J&A 14-46 FAR 52.217-8 6 month extension of NAS Pt Mugu CA air shuttle contract HTC711-09-D-0050 Contract (HTC711-09-D-0050) passenger air shuttle missions based at NAS Pt Mugu CA are performed by Phoenix Air Group Inc. and expire 30 September 2014. This Justification and Approval authorizes FAR 52.217-8 for up to six additional months, from 1 October 2014 through 31 March 2015 at Option Year Four prices. Use of this option is necessary to bridge the gap between the expiration of this contract and start of the follow-on task order to be awarded under the new Domestic Charter Airlift Services solicitation HTC711-14-R-C003.
