- SOR The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Pluralsight LLC, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements, this is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. Pluralsight LLC will provide access to the following materials: CLIN 0001 - Pluralsight online training courses available 24/7. Quantity is Thirty (30) EA. Note: See attached statement of requirements (SOR). Firms responding to this are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this will be due on 12 pm, Central Standard Time (CST), on 27 Aug 2014. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
