- Sole Source Justification The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Procurement and Grants Office (PGO), intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures, to the Child Health Research Foundation, Road no-4/A, Old DOHS Banani, Dhaka, 1206, Bangladesh, to purchase Bangladesh-based laboratory evaluation and validation of Taqman Array Cards for the diagnosis of meningitis and respiratory infection. No Request for Quote will be issued based upon this notice of intent. This advertisement will end at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.
