- Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract for laboratory animal disposal station, a dual access animal changing station, and associated equipment for the Kansas City VAMC Research and Development Department as a Small Business' Set Aside' requirement. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 20 August 2014.
