- Far Clauses J70 Boats This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for three J-70 One Design Class Sailboats prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-14-394PCW461 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
