- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement to solicit for a vendor to provide delivery, installation and instrument training for, The AB Sciex 4500 Mass Spectrometry/Shimadzu Nexera X2 Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatograph System (or equal) at Division of Forensic Toxicology in Dover AFB, DE (Armed Forces Medical Examiner System - AFMES). The objective of this RFI is to determine interest and availability in the attached DRAFT Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) and Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is to determine viability for an anticipated procurement action. This is NOT a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote. Please do no submit and offers or quotes at this time. The draft MECs and PWS are in final review and subject to change. USAMRAA requests a response no later than 4:00PM ET on Monday August 25, 2014.
