Description

Special Notice Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to Humphrey Communications of 698 Burtons Cv Hampton GA 30228 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 515210 Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The agency ™s requirement to purchase: 1.Existing Television Service 12 months 2.Maintenance Agreement 12 months This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to FAR 4.1102 and other applicable regulations and guidelines.Information can be found at www.sam.gov. Delivery must be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed 60 - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer.
