- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement for the crushing, excavating and grading of concrete on Fort McCoy. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price type contract. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors. All responsible and responsive service disabled veteran owned small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. The Invitation for Bids will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 11, 2014. See solicitation for verification and further details. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be from 1 Aug. 2014 - 31 July 2015 plus 4 option years.
