- RFI Package DLA Strategic Materials is seeking input from metal processors, domestic magnet producers, and other industries that use or produce dysprosium (Dy) or dysprosium alloys such as dysprosium-iron (Dy-Fe) alloys in or for the fabrication of neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets or other components. DLA Strategic Materials will use information gathered from this Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes relating to stockpiling as per The Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act.
