- SPE7L314R0110, PR 0052644396, NSN 3040-01-288-1731, Gear Shaft, Multiple. Item is being bought in accordance with The Boeing Company (77272) PN 145D1305-3. Per FAR 52.219.7 and DLAD 52.219-9017; This is an unrestricted procurement. Base quantity is 25 each with a 100% option for an additional 25 each. This solicitation will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d) (2) (iv). The required delivery is 700 days. This solicitation contains Contractor First Article Test (FAT) requirements The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 9/4/2014 ; Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. "NOTICE: This solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated."
