Phoenix Job Corps Center is a Federally funded educational and vocational training program for youth between 16-24. The Center is operated by Education Management Corporation under a US Department of Labor contract. On-Site for student drivers as follows: Classroom instruction of 20 hours with written evaluation and MVD testing for all students and minimum of 10 hours of behind the wheel instruction.
