- RFQ Self Certifying Document The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to purchase a shield enclosure, installation of the shield enclosure, and testing of the shield enclosure. Quote shall include; all supplies, equipment, installation/labor, travel costs, and any other additional costs. Quotes shall be firm fixed price. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. Please see attached RFQ and additional attachments.
