- Spawning Gravel for Clear Creek, Shasta County, California This is a request for proposals for 7,700 tons of spawning to be delivered to five areas on Clear Creek in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement dated August 14, 2014. The due date for receipt of proposals is Friday August 29, 2014 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. All proposals received will be acknowledged by return e-mail within 12 hours of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgement it is your responsibility to contact the buyer prior Friday August 29, 2014 at 4:00 pm PT to make arrangements for retransmission of your proposal.
