- Drawings Wage Determination AF 66 project 2 AF 66 project 1 DD 254 project 2 DD 254 project 1 Statement of Work Notice Information Solicitation: FA4613-14-R-0027 Agency/Office: Air Force Global Strike Command Location: 90 CONS Title: Combined Fuel Tank Projects Description(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is FA4613-14-R-0027 being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 562910 with a size standard of $20,500,000. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001: Fuel restoration of 2,500 gallon undergournd storage tanks located at 14 sites. Quantity: 1 (one) Unit: Lot (LT) Unit Price: __________Extended Price: __________ CLIN 0002: Change of fuels of two ASTs at 15 sites. 2,000 gallon gasoline tank and 1,000 gallon diesel tanks will be swapped. Quantity: 1 (one) Unit: Lot (LT) Unit Price: __________Extended Price: __________ PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The above Provisions and Clauses may be obtained via the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable award. Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics of this solicitation mentioned above. Quotes must be signed, dated and submitted by 4 September 2014, 1:00 pm, Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) to the 90th Contracting Squadron/LGCAB, Attn: William Glover, Contracting Specialist, Commercial Phone 307-773-3322, Fax 307-773-3973, E-mail: william.glover.4@us.af.mil Quotes submitted via e-mail are preferred but not required. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (IAW FAR 52.212-1(f)). **All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 prior to any contract award.
