- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Item No: 0001, 9 Months Base Term Agilent Instrument M & R, FFP; Non-personal services requirement for Agilent Equipment Maintenance and Repair(M&R): The full service contract for a 9-month base period in accordance with the Performance Work Statement(PWS) section 3.1 in full text below through 3.5 and Equipment list in full text below.
