The purpose of this notice is to acquire knowledge about potential sources that can provide the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) with a Marketing Cloud Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool. In February 2014, FSA purchased the Salesforce.com platform to provide a central repository to: manage customer data, record customer activity, document customer processes and contacts, monitor the effectiveness of staff in making contacts with customers and conduct special campaigns to customers. Now FSA seeks to procure a Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool that works directly with the Salesforce.com platform to improve customer engagement. If a source has the ability to fulfill the requirement, please provide a two page written response with the following information: 1)Company Name, Address and Point of Contact including name, telephone and email. 2)Company socio-economic status. 3)Is the company a GSA Schedule Holder? If yes, provide the GSA Contract Number. 4)A brief capability statement that addresses the company's qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for the work described in the synopsis. The statement must include links to the company's website and log on information to view online demonstrations of the tool, if applicable. Send capability statement to pennie.summers@ed.gov and Bernard.barr@ed.gov, only send written responses, no phone calls will be accepted. Responses must be submitted by NOON on Monday, August 25, 2014. Primary Point of Contact: Pennie Summers Union Center Plaza, 830 First Street, NE Washington, District of Columbia 20202-5405
