Description

Engility Sole Source J&A Sole Source J&A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB FL, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order to Engility Advanced Technologies Department (Engility-ATD) Inc. for the procurement of two Joint Range Extension (JRE) Systems # 691 and 619 tech refresh upgrades and help desk technical support. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, the Government will consider capabilities of other interested parties if received no later than Monday 1st September 2014, 9.00 a.m. Eastern Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a size standard of 1000 employees.
