Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0380 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, Defense Circular Number 20140805, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): See attached PWS for further details. CLIN 0001- 2 EA Remove two Panasonic Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) from the IDF located at the reception area. CLIN 0002- 1 BD Relocate two existing workstation PCs from the CCTV MDF to the IDF at the reception area. Plug them into the switch located at the reception area IDF. CLIN 0003- 1 EA Re-route CAT6 HDMI extenders from the CCTV MDF to the reception area IDF CLIN 0004- 1 EA Add a small UPS for the reception area IDF for the two (2) Dell workstations CLIN 0005- 1 EA Relocate existing Digital Sentry NVR from reception area IDF to CCTV MDF CLIN 0006- 3 EA Replace three existing interior IP cameras with a new Pelco (IM10LW10-1) camera CLIN 0007- 1 EA Install and program one (1) new Pelco Digital Sentry NVR (DSSRV-03DVD-US) and evenly distribute the cameras over the 3 NVRs CLIN 0008- 1 EA UPS capable of running 3 NVR's for 90 minutes after power failure in the CCTV MDF CLIN 0009- 1 EA KVM switch to be hooked up to three (3) NVRs THIS REQUIREMENT IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. IF QUOTING AN OR EQUAL ITEM PLEASE INCLUDE ITEM SPECIFICATIONS. There will be a recommended site visit on Monday, 18 August 2014, 10:00 AM. It is highly encouraged for potential bidders to attend site visit so any site conditions that may affect the bid can be identified. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the DMAFB visitors center at the Craycroft Gate located at the intersection of Craycroft Road and Golf Links Road at 9:30 AM Arizona Local Time.
