- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotation; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The Fort Sill Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is conducting market research for AFMIS Terminals. The requirement is for Mintronix MP-5000-I / AFMIS Bundle (Current WIN-7 AFMIS software loaded) Touch Screen Computer Workstations and 1 year parts and labor warranty / free unlimited tech support. The requirement shall be performed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The delivery date will be 30 days after award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. If you know your firm possesses the ability to provide this product/service, you shall respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirement, and your firm's socioeconomic programs in which you are currently certified. Respondents that do not provide their certified socioeconomic program(s) and capability statement, will not be reviewed or considered as interested parties. Detailed capabilities shall be submitted to the email address provided below no later than 29 August 2014, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). No phone calls will be accepted. Electronic responses are required. All responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, and point of contact with email address. b. Company's Cage Code, DUNs, and Certs and Reps. c. Company's Capability Statement. d. A statement indicating the offeror's interest in submitting a proposal. e. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to prepare and submit detailed invoices via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). f. Company Socio-Economic Program Participation: small, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned. g. A statement indicating what services, if any, will be subcontracted (i.e., maintenance, reporting, etc.). The closing date for this sources sought notice is 4:00 p.m. CST on 29 August 2014. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
