- Sole Source Intent. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Yuma in Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Firefly Unlimited 739 20th Street Des Moines, IA, 50314-1647. These required Custom Skydiving Suits must be compatible with current suits, which were manufactured by Firefly Unlimited. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 - Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel with a standard size of 500 employees. This contract will consist of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 56, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: two (2) Piece Custom Skydiving Suit and CLIN 0002, Quantity: 39, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: one (1) Piece Custom Skydiving Suit Pre-Tailor. Award for this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOPALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements by 27 August 2014 at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed services.
