Description

The Indian Health Service Red Lake Hospital intends to contract using other than full and open competition. Authority: FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Service: License support fee for materials management system. Period of performance from 11/18/2014 to 11/17/2015. Vendor: Morris Systems Inc. 5504 Democracy Drive, Ste 220 Plano, TX 75024-3553 DUNS: 933539751 The proposed contract action is for a software license fees used to operate a materials management system and purchased equipment from Morris Systems Inc. Equipment purchased: server, handheld portable data terminals, req. stations (6) with RF scanners. Software: materials management software, e-order software, Prospective vendors may submit a notice of interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action upon receipt of any responses shall be within the sole discretion of the Government.
