This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit Resonance Technology, Inc. Interested persons may submit offers, and all eligible offers received prior to September 1, 2014 at 0900 AM PST will be considered by the Government.
