- Description
- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for conference rooms and meals for a pre-deployment Yellow Ribbon Event to be held in Albuquerque, NM, on September 6, 2014. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. The government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government. All offerors must include the following information with their quote: CAGE code, FEDERAL TAX ID NO., and a valid email address of the point of contact submitting the quote. Any offer received without the requested information will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered.
