Description

Ombudsman Notice This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. See attached solicitation package. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 15 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this announcement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG38-14-R-J00012 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 336413. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) anticipates award of one Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract to the offeror conforming to the Terms and Conditions of the attached solicitation. Only new items are acceptable. Required delivery schedule is 120 days after receipt of order at a rate of 25 per month, early deliveries are desirable.
