- Subcontracting Plan Client Notification Bank Notification Business Management Questionnaire Statement of Work - No Maters Required SF 1449 Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services. The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within 10 miles radius of 233 East Washington Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2014 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2019. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively as shown below. The request for quotation will be available on August 22, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date is on September 17, 2014. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
