- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 500 NERO 2012 to NERO 2014 Platinum Upgrades quantity 500. RFQ0010666 is requesting brand name or equal for this requirement. Per FAR 11.104 (Use of brand name or equal purchase descriptions), please see request below notating a brand name product that contains a general description of those salient, physical, functional and/or performance characteristics of the brand name item that an equal item must meet to be acceptable for award. If quoting an equal product: All salient functional characteristics, technical aspects included (and brand) must be included in submitted quote. This information for each line item must be included in order for the Government to determine if the equal items quoted will meet the Government's requirements. Delivery Instructions: Freight on Board (FOB): Delivery Period of Performance: Delivery shall be within 45 days after receipt of order. This RFQ documents incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The following FAR clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (APR 2014); 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999)-the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Low Price Technically Acceptable.
