- Complete and return to Mr. Ramon Jimenez at Ramon.Jimenez.7@us.af.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and/or supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is F2VAGS4217AW02. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires: Fall Restraint System - Two Unirail Tracks. Qty: 2. a. IAW FAR 52.219-27, this acquisition is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. b. All offerors are required to complete and submit Attachment #2 of this solicitation IAW 252.209- 7993, Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical capability. Reference below Addenda to 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, for more information. All offers must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer. If you are not currently registered, please visit the following website https://wawf.eb.mil/ to complete your registration. Site Visit is scheduled for 04 September 2014 at 1p.m. EST. All personnel wishing to attend the site visit must complete the attached Base Pass Request sheet and return it to Mr. Ramon Jimenez at ramon.jimenez.7@us.af.mil by 01 September 2014. DEADLINE: Offers are due on Thursday, 11 September 2014 by 15:00PM EST. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted not later than Monday, 08 September 2014.
