THIS PROCUREMENT IS CONDUCTED UNDER SIMPLIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION FAR PART 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.
