Description: The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification under existing contract N00030-14-C-0011 on a sole-source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation- Marine Systems (NGSC-MS), Sunnyvale, CA. This procurement will fulfill the ongoing FY 2014 technical support, (tactical, qualification, test, and support equipment) hardware and vendor qualification, and production required for the Strategic Systems Programs Ohio Replacement/UK Successor Program. The anticipated award of the resultant contract modification is October 01, 2014. An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by NGES-MS under Contract N00030-14-C-0011, which was awarded 01 October 2013 using other than full and open competition.
