Description
Construction Clauses SOW-MAIC Wall Repair and Painting SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide construction services to repair and paint the stucco finish to include creating a concrete sill at the south elevation wall for the USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), Miami Animal Import Center in Miami, FL. Project is to be in compliance with the prevailing Davis Bacon Wages for the Miami-Dade County, FL area and the construction shall comply with the 2012 International Building Code and all applicable Federal, State & local building codes including all MDAD airport permits and permissions. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 238320, with a small business size standard of $14.0. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. Other than Small Businesses will not be considered. Potential bidders must be SAM- System for Award Management (formerly CCR, ORCA) registered. All potential bidders must attend the site visit scheduled for Thursday, September 4th @ 10:00 am EST in order to bid. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the solicitation and amendments, if any. All questions must be received in writing to Margaux Nenichka, Margaux.G.Nenichka@aphis.usda.gov by noon, Wednesday, September 10th EST. Questions via phone will not be addressed. Proposal Packages must be on company letterhead with an itemized list of services attached to the signed SF 1449. Proposal via email will be accepted. Please forward your proposal to Margaux.G.Nenichka@aphis.usda.gov. In this acquisition, the Government will obtain best value by using the Tradeoff Process source selection approach which permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non‐cost factors and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal. Submittal evaluation will occur in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR part 13.106‐2. Past Performance, Technical Capability, Sample Submission, and Quality Assurance when combined are approximately equal to Price. The U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE IS A TAX EXEMPT AGENCY.
