Description

Clauses/Matrix J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-14-SI-0176 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and attached incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: 07-0100 Boxtone Maintenance and Support 5x10 (Quantity: 12) 03-0602 Incident Management for ActiveSync (Quantity: 4,378) 07-0100 Boxtone Maintenance and Support 5x10 (Quantity: 12) 03-0602 Incident Management for ActiveSync (Quantity: 1,000) Period of Performance: 09/01/2014-08/31/2015 Quotes shall be on an all or none basis. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR Part 13. A Justification for Use of NonCompetitive Procedures is attached and on file. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT ONLY. The deadline for quotes is August 28, 2014 at 5:00pm EST. All quotes shall be submitted electronically to Amanda.Jones2@usdoj.gov. No late submissions will be accepted.
