Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA-244-14-Q-1516 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334510 Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System has a requirement for the commodities listed below in Schedule. All Kits and Devices will be assembled and packaged at the vendors facility and then delivered to VA Pittsburgh, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. All communication regarding quotes, questions, etc. shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (Ronald.Kline@VA.Gov) NLT 12 noon, Eastern Time, 8-28-14.
