- The Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness (OSP) would like to replace 210 square feet of heavily soiled carpet in Suite A-1 as part of an overall OSP renovation project. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2014 at 1300 a.m. EST. All personnel attending must submit the companies name being represented and personnel in attendance prior to September 2, 2014 at 11:00 am to R. Anthony Hall at richard.hall13@va.gov. PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE BUILDING WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION THROUGH THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. Scope of Work: 1.The contractor shall provide all labor, and materials to remove and install 210 square feet of Shaw, Mirror Image Tile #59466, Blue Smoke 63481 and Resilient Vinyl Base Cover: Johnsonite, #63 Burnt Umber, 4" tall, 1/8" thick, vinyl. 2.The installation shall be direct glue "quarter turn" method and vinyl base cover installation shall be "straight profile" method. Furnish and install transitions as required. All installation must meet manufactures' specification. All potential contractors must be registered in SAM https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (Formerly www.ccr.gov) to do business with the Government and must have completed online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. Ensure your registration is correct, current and will not expire during the period of performance.
