Description

Scope of Work: Outfit three (3) 2014 Ford Explorers to transport Military Working Dogs (MWDs). Each vehicle will transport one (1) MWD. These vehicles shall be configured to allow the Dog Handler to immediately access the MWD. These vehicles shall include inserts or remote bailout systems which provide maximum safety and effectiveness for the MWD Teams. A brief description of the additional parts that are needed to outfit these vehicles are as follows: Ford Factory Fog parts, front emergency lights, mounting brackets for the IO lights (emergency lights), fog lights, a system to operate the strobe lights, rear window emergency lights, CECOM control system, a 100 watt PA speaker, a tower for the control system to be mounted in, CUO Holder Dual (part of tower) charge guard control module (surge protector for the electrical system), arm rest side mount, K9 transport and K9 water container, a fan for the MWD, a K9 heath arm pro temperature monitor (lets the Handler know if the vehicle is too hot for the MWD) and a long range paging system with decal antenna (this is part of the K9 heat alarm system). Window Tinting of Three (3) - 2014 Ford Explorers. Vendor Must be within a Sixty (60) mile radius of Kingsbay, Ga. 31547 for the receipt and delivery of vehicles.
