- FSA Grady County GA RLP Amendment Questions/Answers The Government amends the FSA Grady County (Cairo) GA Request For Lease Proposals Solicitation as follows: 1. RLP paragraph 3.02B - Offer Due Date The offer due date for the Request for Lease Proposals has been extended to be received up to 9/5/2014 at 11:00am EST and lease proposals can either be mailed or hand-carried to the Contracting Officer at the FSA Decatur County (Bainbridge) GA Service Center on 9/5/2014. The mailing address is 101 Ag Lane Bainbridge GA 39818. 2. Question/Answer Session - The Contracting Officer will be available 9/3/2014 at the FSA Decatur County (Bainbridge) GA Service Center to answer any questions regarding the Request For Lease Proposal Solicitation. You must schedule a time no later than 8/28/2014 at 4:00pm EST by submitting an email to julius.byrd@wdc.usda.gov. 3.
