- 14T0305_sol This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This requirement is for the procurement of a Filter Pre-Amplifer Group, P/N 800A20. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, RF Products, Inc. 1500 Davis Street, Camden, NJ 08103, CAGE CODE: 58022. The Government does not own or posses the Level III drawing package to allow for full and open competition. All other offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following: Base Award CLIN 0001 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM). This site can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov, re-registration may be necessary. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0305 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. All required information must be received on or before 03 SEPT 2014 2:00PM EDT.
