Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) is seeking an entity to provide Bed Space/Housing for patients in the Substance Use Dependence Intensive Outpatient Program and for the Psychosocial Rehabilitation & Recovery Center Program at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System at 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The Contractor shall meet all certifications, licenses and /or permit requirements of all Federal, State or City codes regarding operations of this type of service. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation Statement of Work (SOW) and Price/Cost Schedule. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 623220. All potential bidders MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and show as 'Active'. The Registration in SAM is a requirement in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall be regularly established in providing bed space housing for Substance Use Dependency and Psychosocial Rehabilitation patients for a minimum of at least three (3) years. The contract is for the period of the Date of Award for one year (365 days) plus two (2) one (1) year option(s) period(s) (if exercised). No Fax or email Bid Packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about August 29, 2014. NOTE: No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
