Description

Good morning, I am seeking sources for NxStage System One maintenance. Please review the statement of work and let me know if your company can provide this service. All interested firms shall provide the following information: "Company Name " Address "Point of Contact " Phone Number "Email Address "Capability Statement "Business size pursuant to the following status: (1) certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, (2) certified Veteran Owned Small Business, (3) small business. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to david.hyson@va.gov, Contract Specialist. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than Friday, August 29th at 12pm CST. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. I am only seeking sources that can provide the required services. Thank you for your timely response and cooperation.
