Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to vendor questions as follows: Q1. This solicitation is requesting pricing for both Myoview and Generic Sestamibi. Does the Cleveland VAMC facility have a dual protocol or will they choose one or the other? A1. The facility requires only one; quote should be for one or the other, not both. Q2. The Cost/Price Schedule on the bid for VA250-14-R-0070 does not have N-13 Ammonia as an item. Do you also need a price quote for N-13 Ammonia? A2. A2. Yes, as follows, for the base year the estimated quantity is: 260 doses, for the four month option period the estimated quantity is: 87 doses.
