- Evaluation Criteria Addendum - Instructions to Offerors Statement of Work (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, NB687030-14-02155 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with the NAICS Code 334413 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) The following contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure for this requirement are as follows and IAW the SOW: CLIN 0001: UHV Dual e-beam co-deposition system -System includes: -2 electron beam evaporation sources -1 Ion cleaning source -High vacuum deposition chamber with loadlocked sample handling -Tiltable, rotatable, water-cooled, wafer substrate stage -Vacuum pumping systems including compressor -Quartz crystal deposition controller -Power and control electronics systems Quantity: 2 Unit of Issue: EA CLIN 0002: Optional Extra Items include one, some, or all of the following: -Water Chiller Unit -Ethernet Control Option on thin film deposition controller -Removable Inner Chamber Lining(s) for main vacuum chamber Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: EA (vi) See attached: Statement of Work (vii) FOB Destination for delivery to: Department of Commerce National Institute of Standards and Technology 325 Broadway Boulder, CO 80305-3328 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
