The Original award shall be reversed based on new evidence provided by the National Cemetery. Initial evidence provided was outdated and the newest data provided regarding the grass seed submitted by Phoenix Environmental Design proved to be equal and/or superior than the Original Brand listed on the Scope of Work. Award Shall go to Phoenix Environmental Design Equal Brand Product.
